Bailey’s Ginger Hot Chocolate

We love a grown up twist on a classic recipe. There’s something fun yet nostalgic about it! This recipe from our friend Jemma Loi really does tick the box.

Makes 2 delicious servings. For this recipe you will need a SMEG Milk Frother, grab yours here.
 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tbsp Hot Chocolate Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 350ml Whole Milk
  • 100ml Baileys
  • Freshly Whipped Cream
  • Sprinkles or little biscuits to decorate

METHOD:

1. Pour the Baileys, milk, and ginger in to your Smeg milk frother (or warm through in a pan if you don’t have one) Divide your hot chocolate evenly between both glasses, top with cream and your choice of toppings . . . and enjoy!
