Day Five: Breakfast Jar

It’s Monday, that means it’s a new chapter for all of us and our healthy life-styles! If you stuck to the challenge and had a healthy weekend then well done to you, however, if you didn’t manage to dodge those doughnuts then now is your chance for a fresh start. Let’s kick things off with breakfast, pick your self up with this tasty breakfast jar. Perfect for prepping and eating out and about on those busy mornings, the Kilner Snack On The Go Jar will help you to keep your breakfast fresh and banish the sogginess!

Ingredients

  • Granola
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • 1 nectarine

Method

  1. In a Kilner Round 0.5 Litre Clip Top Jar, spoon in a layer of granola, top with a layer of greek yoghurt then sprinkle over a few chopped strawberries and whole blueberries.
  2. Continue layering until your jar is full.
  3. Top with a few slices of nectarine.
  4. Seal the lid and store in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy.
