Why not mix things up this lunch time with this low-cal, low-carb dish? High in protein and full of goodness! To make this recipe you will need the Kiner Spiralizer Jar.
- 2 small fennel bulbs
- 2 courgettes
- 1 small red onion
- 2 tsp sherry vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Chilli flakes to garnish
- Create spiral ribbons from the courgettes and use the Kilner® spiralizer to slice the fennel.
- You can build the salad in the jar or construct on a serving dish.
- Dice the red onion and tofu into cubes and add to the top of the salad.
- Combine the vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice in a separate bowl and mix thoroughly before dressing your salad.
