Full Moon Martini Recipe

What better way to relax after a long hard week than with a refreshing cocktail. This Full Moon Martini is a great cocktail for our fellow vodka drinkers, it’s low calorie, refreshing and fun to make. We love the occasional cocktail night, hence why we have been expanding our gorgeous cocktail equipment collection which you can view here. 

This recipe features our favourite round ice mould and our cocktail saucers. This recipe has a vodka body and a creamy coconut ice cube “moon”, feel free to soften the drink with lemonade or any other mixer you fancy. 


  • 120ml Coconut Milk
  • 120ml Water
  • 30ml Vodka
  • Blackberries to garnish
  • Sugar to Rim the Glass
  • crushed ice


  1. Combine the water and coconut milk, mixing well. Pour the smooth mixture into the round ice mould. Place in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours. 
  2. Wet the rim of your cocktail glasses by either dipping them into a shallow pool of water on a plate or by running a wet paper towel around the rim. Dip the glass into a plate of sugar. 
  3. Place the vodka and crushed ice into the cocktail shaker, seal and shake well. Strain into your prepared cocktail shaker. 
  4. Pop in the moon shaped coconut ice cube followed by a blackberry or two.
  5. Enjoy!
