The traditional way to bake a great pizza is to use a wood-fired oven. This blasts the base for a beautifully crisp result. This Perforated Pizza Crisper recreates that effect in a home oven. Tiny aerating holes give you a crunchy-crisp base with evenly cooked toppings. And like all of Paul’s bakeware, it’s made of strong carbon steel with a superior champagne-coloured non-stick coating for easy release.
The tray measures 32 cm (12½”) in diameter, so it’s great for cooking big home-baked pizzas to share. It’s just as good for shop-bought pizzas too, as well as bruschetta. The perforated pizza crisper is also perfect for chips and other foods that need that ‘crunch’.
