Silver Mushroom Sanctuary

It all started in the bedroom of an idyllic cottage in the village of Tockholes, Lancashire. Our founder Rebecca discovered her love of all things homeware whilst decorating her first home, and thus Silver Mushroom was born. Over the last 10 years our family led team has grown, as has our product collection. We source all brands and products with care, love and genuine excitement, ensuring that each brand we welcome on board fits with our honest ethos and signature Silver Mushroom style.

How long will delivery take?

Hermes Premium: 1-2 days.

Expedited Delivery (Remote Areas): 1-3 working days.

DPD Next Day: 1 working day. Orders must be placed before 2pm

Economy Delivery and Free Shipping: 2-7 working days.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Hermes Premium and Expedited Delivery:

We offer a premium delivery service to Mainland UK, charged at a flat rate of £6.95. This is a fully tracked service. Orders will be delivered 1-2 days from date of order.

For remote areas, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, we offer an expedited shipping service that takes between 1 and 3 working days. This is charged at a flat rate of £9.95.

DPD Next Day:

Silver Mushroom offers a flat rate premium, next day delivery service to all mainland UK post codes, using DPD Local. This is charged at £9.95 per parcel. The service is fully tracked from the second it leaves our warehouse and you will receive a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery, plus options to reschedule deliveries, leave in a safe place or change addresses at your leisure. Orders must be placed before 2pm to arrive the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on this service will be shipped the following day to arrive the next working day after that.

Economy Delivery:

The following charges apply to mainland UK post codes. For remote post codes, UK Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will apply. This will be calculated at checkout but please feel free to contact us on 01772 737170 should you require details of the surcharges.

For orders weighing between 0kg and 5kg, an economy delivery charge of £3.95 applies, and these orders will be dispatched via My Hermes or Royal Mail.
For orders weighing between 5kg and 10kg, an economy delivery charge of £4.95 applies, and these orders will be shipped via My Hermes
For orders weighing over 10kg, an economy delivery charge of £5.95 applies and these will be shipped via My Hermes

Free Shipping:

We offer free delivery on orders over £50. These orders will be shipped as per the Economy Delivery.

International Delivery:

PLEASE NOTE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO EUROPE IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.

International delivery charges and lead times vary dependent on the delivery country. The delivery charge will be calculated at checkout, before payment is required.

All deliveries to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the destination country, at the time of delivery. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of Silver Mushroom Ltd's control and the customer will be responsible for these payments.

Prices for overseas deliveries are weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price and to take an additional payment if required.

Can I return my item(s)?

Yes you may return items if you are not satisfied with the goods. In line with the Consumer Rights Act (2015), customers must notify Silver Mushroom Ltd of the intention to return, in writing within 14 days of receipt of their goods. Notification of returns can be sent to [email protected]

Following this, the customer then has 14 days to return the items in question. Our returns address is as follows:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and all items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. It is advised to return items with a tracked courier service, as if the goods do not arrive and are not traceable, Silver Mushroom Ltd cannot issue a refund.

Once return items are received, Silver Mushroom Ltd will then issue the refund within 14 days.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay safely and securely via Sagepay, Credit/Debit Card, GooglePay, SamsungPay, ApplePay, Microsoft Wallets and PayPal.

What is a wishlist?

A wishlist allows you to save a collection of required/desired products without the need to purchase. Save them to your account and return later.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If goods received have been damaged in transit, the customer should contact Silver Mushroom Ltd within 7 days of receipt, either by telephone or email [email protected], describing the damage. We will request a photograph of the damage at which point the customer can choose whether to have a replacement item or a refund. Should the damaged item be part of a set and the customer request a refund, the refund issued will be pro rata for the damaged item. So if one glass from a set of six arrived damaged, the customer would be refunded one sixth of the set price. Replacements will be sent at no expense to the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel an order under the terms of the Direct Selling legislation the customer should contact Silver Mushroom Ltd in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed.
