This high-sided 30cm wok in black, 5.2 litre, is perfect for mixing and tossing ingredients with ease, cooking food quickly and uniformly. It’s aluminium body guarantees excellent cooking results whilst the non-stick coating allows less oils and fats to be used for healthier cooking. It is also very easy to clean.
The patented base allows compatibility with all types of hobs; gas, electric, ceramic and induction, for maximum versatility. It is possible to put all Smeg cookware in the oven up to a temperature of 250°C/480°F and they can also be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
The long stainless steel handle offers a comfortable and safe grip.

It is not widely known but SMEG is actually a family run business. Founded in 1948 by the Bertazzoni family in Northern Italy. The Bertazzoni family’s entrepreneurial history began way back in the 19th century. Starting out as blacksmiths, the Bertazzoni’s soon branched out into metal enamelling.
