Nestled in the Lancashire countryside, our Creative Director, Emmie’s Farm is a labour of love — a slow, considered restoration of a 16th-century Grade II listed farmhouse, brought gently back to life. When Emmie found it, the property had lost much of its character to a heavy-handed 1970s renovation. Emmie's vision has always been to honour its heritage, restoring its natural charm while creating a warm, welcoming home.
So far, she's stripped back the render to reveal the original stone exterior, revived timeworn beams, and uncovered beautiful exposed stonework hiding beneath decades of plaster. Emmie has layered in natural timber tones to bring softness and soul to the space — and soon, she’ll be dressing the rooms with slubby linen textiles, tactile accents, and reclaimed wood furniture from our own Silver Mushroom collection.
Every piece we choose has a story, a texture, a warmth — and this page will follow Emmie's journey as she makes her Farm a true reflection of gathered living.
