Please note above delivery times are a guideline only and although every reasonable effort will be made to keep within the specified time frames, Silver Mushroom Ltd cannot be responsible for delays faced by couriers due to busy periods, difficulty locating addresses or other unforeseen circumstances.
Product Lead Times:
Some products may display a lead time within the product page advising of a delivery time frame (shown above the Add to Cart button and below the price) .This may be because a product needs to be transported from another warehouse prior to shipping or because we are awaiting stock from our suppliers. Please note, these product lead times supersede all time frames outlined in our general terms and conditions.
Next Day Delivery:
Silver Mushroom offers a flat rate premium, next day delivery service to all mainland UK post codes, using DPD or DHL. This is charged at £9.95 per parcel. The service is fully tracked from the second it leaves our warehouse and you will receive a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery, plus options to reschedule deliveries, leave in a safe place or change addresses at your leisure. Orders must be placed before 2pm to arrive the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on this service will be shipped the following day to arrive the next working day after that.
The following charges apply to mainland UK post codes. For remote post codes, UK Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will apply. This will be calculated at checkout but please feel free to contact us on 01772 737170 should you require details of the surcharges.
- For orders weighing between 0kg and 10kg, an economy delivery charge of £4.95 applies.
- For orders weighing over 10kg, an economy delivery charge of £5.95 applies.
We offer free delivery on orders over £50 (standard parcels). These orders will be shipped as per the Economy Delivery.
Large Items and Two-Man Delivery:
Large items and furniture will be delivered either on a bespoke two-man delivery service or with our own in house delivery service, CK Fulfilment and Delivery, free of charge. We will contact you ahead of the delivery date to ensure you are available to take delivery of the goods. If you need to cancel a confirmed delivery date, please do so via our Contact Form no less than 24 hours prior to the booked delivery date.
If a driver arrives for a scheduled delivery and no one is available to receive the delivery, we will do our best to reschedule as soon as possible. Please note this may result in delays and additional delivery charges.
PLEASE NOTE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.
International delivery charges and lead times vary dependent on the delivery country. The delivery charge will be calculated at checkout, before payment is required.
All deliveries to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the destination country, at the time of delivery. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of Silver Mushroom Ltd’s control and the customer will be responsible for these payments.
Prices for overseas deliveries are weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price and to take an additional payment if required.

Yes you may return items if you are not satisfied with the goods. In line with the Consumer Rights Act (2015), customers must notify Silver Mushroom Ltd of the intention to return, in writing within 14 days of receipt of their goods. Notification of returns can be sent to [email protected]
Following this, the customer then has 14 days to return the items in question. Our returns address is as follows:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and all items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Please include the original packing slip, so we can easily locate your return once we receive it.
It is advised to return items with a tracked courier service. If the goods do not arrive and are not traceable, Silver Mushroom Ltd cannot issue a refund. Please also note, if returned goods arrive damaged (i.e. not in their original condition) Silver Mushroom Ltd cannot issue a refund.
Once return items are received, Silver Mushroom Ltd will then issue the refund within 14 days.
You can pay safely and securely via Sagepay, Credit/Debit Card, GooglePay, SamsungPay, ApplePay, Microsoft Wallets and PayPal.
A wishlist allows you to save a collection of required/desired products without the need to purchase. Save them to your account and return later.
For goods delivered to the customer damaged, or for incorrect items sent, please notify our team via our Contact Form. Under these circumstances, we may request photographic proof of damage to deem whether or not it is worth us collecting the item, before replacing or refunding costs.
You are not obligated to send photographic proof but alternatively we may then request you return the parcel to us. Once received, if confirmed damaged, Silver Mushroom Ltd will reimburse return postage costs if proof of payment is provided, as well as replacing or refunding the damaged item dependent on the customer’s request.
To cancel an order under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act (2015) the customer should contact Silver Mushroom Ltd in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed.
